Refund & returns policy
This policy applies to orders placed with The Drop Zone Ltd.
Cooling-off (UK Consumer Contracts)
If you change your mind, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving goods, provided products are unopened and in resalable condition. Food supplements that have been opened cannot usually be returned for hygiene reasons.
Faulty or damaged goods
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to request a return
Email TheDropZoneUk@yahoo.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe.
