Shipping policy
This shipping policy applies to orders placed with The Drop Zone Ltd (England & Wales company no. 16329867), from our Colchester address. We may update this policy from time to time; the version shown at checkout applies to your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). International shipping is not available at this time.
Free shipping over £35
Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £35 and above. Orders under £35 attract a flat UK shipping fee of £2.99, shown clearly at Stripe Checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Orders are hand-packed from Colchester and typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. During busy periods this may take a little longer — we will email you if there is a meaningful delay.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, most mainland UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days via standard tracked post or courier. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
Where a tracking number is available we will include it in your dispatch email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Failed delivery & returns to us
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee may apply for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive. Keep packaging where possible — it helps us resolve carrier claims quickly.
